How Does It Work?

What to Expect

We’re so glad you asked! Phase 2 Fitness is a personal training service specialized to your specific goals, injuries, body, etc. We pair you with a certified personal trainer/nutritionist and they will work with you to ensure you meet your goals.

We believe that the three most important elements of any successful fitness program are knowledge, motivation, and accountability. The best way to ensure that all three of those goals are met, is by training with a real personal trainer who can learn about you and work with you directly. We make this process even easier for you and your schedule using our pre-recorded videos! You will also have live weekly check-ins.

Well, let me ask you something. Would you rather wear a suit that’s tailored to YOUR body or would you rather grab one off the racks at the store? Those apps and videos out there are great but there are over 1 billion people that use the internet daily that all have access to those exact same apps as videos.
