During the meeting you will discuss goals, workout history, injuries, etc. so we can help you find the right program for you!

Choose a price and program length

Commit to your goals with monthly plans or pay-as-you-go for more flexibility.



PHASE2 training sessions are pre recorded videos edited for you to be able to interact with. Our sessions are led by certified personal trainers. These workouts are customized to your needs and designed to help you exceed your goals. See How it Works for more details!

Yes, your package applies to any trainer on the Phase 2 Fitness platform. You can book sessions with as many different trainers as you would like.

Yes! If they’re listed on our site, they’re available to book with your Training Plan. Reach out to your trainer to learn more about what we offer and how to get sessions with other trainers!

Our sessions never expire. If when checking out you decide on a recurring plan, unused sessions at the end of the month will roll over into the next month. You can edit or upgrade your plan anytime.

We accept all major credit cards as well as Apple Pay, and Google Pay!
